1.1 Million Sq Ft Of Flexible Exhibition Space
Expo Coliseum is a state-of-the-art, flexible exhibition and convention facility comprising more than 1.1 million square feet of world-class exhibition space for global show organizers. The facility is designed to maximize simultaneous access to the show floor for easy load in and load out. It features a digital space assignment system that makes it easy for exhibitors to set up on their own and an AR locator connected to a show’s digital map, which makes connecting exhibitors, brands, and buyers seamless.

Expo City Showcases are more than 500,000 square feet of our premium permanent spaces for brands to create brand marketing experiences for the 40 million business and tourist visitors to Las Vegas. Expo City Showrooms are more than 1,600,000 square feet of permanent space for brands to take business to the next level. Organized in industry clusters on each floor of Expo City, the permanent model gives brands the opportunity to invest in design and materials that are on brand without all the costs associated with the set up and break down at at traditional trade show. They can serve perfectly as models for the merchandising and visual identity for retailers and dealers. And with multiple industries onsite at Expo City, making cross-industry discoveries is possible in a way that it isn’t at traditional trade shows – and as easy as walking down the hall.
CORPORATE PAVILIONS

Corporate Pavilions are more than 1.1 million square feet of large-scale, permanent spaces designed to provide global brands and exhibitors a blank canvas for creating exclusive, high-touch experiences for their premium buyers, clients, customers, and team members. Whether an offsite session for a large global team, a meeting for key partners, or a backstage access for thought leaders to preview the next generation of ideation for the brand, the pavilions can accommodate everything from a launch to a shareholder meeting to global centers of excellence for sales and marketing year round.
HOSPITALITY SUITES
275,000 Sq Ft for Multi-Purpose Luxury Suites
The Hospitality Suites are located on the same floors with the Corporate Pavilions and provide a private space for premium brands to relax with clients, customers, and partners. With full catering kitchens and room for seating even the most ambitious guest list, brands can entertain their guests and show world-class hospitality without having to worry about transportation, reservations, and the rest. And with guest services on call to provide staff and support, there will always be a way to satisfy whatever needs arise. They are each two stories and can be built out to include sleeping accommodations in the loft. And with stunning views of Las Vegas, it will be a place to return to again and again.
MEETING SUITES

The ability to readily walk from the show floor with a client into a meeting space with business-grade connectivity is essential. Our 200,000 square feet of meeting suites are designed to accommodate the most demanding of clients on the tightest timeline in total comfort. Expo City will feature the most meeting rooms under one roof in Las Vegas. We use a digital scheduling and payment system, with an automated provisioning of in-room technology that virtually eliminates the time typically wasted on set up. There is also onsite staff to provide assistance whether it’s a two-person conversation or a large-scale, team-building exercise.
LUXURY RESIDENCES
Setting A New Standard in Corporate Accommodations
The demands of business in Las Vegas sometimes feel unmanageable when rest comes at the end of a long drive through traffic and in whatever market-rate hotel room was available. We designed the corporate residences right on top of Expo City exhibition and convention facilities to have all the space and comfort necessary for short and long visits – and to be able to host and entertain VIP clients and buyers year-round. At 1,000 sf or larger, the residences will be a new standard in corporate accommodations in Las Vegas. Complete with kitchen, dining room, and butler service access, the most discriminating clients will be impressed visiting the corporate residences. They are available for whole or fractional ownership and can be leased to other visitors when not in corporate use.
