Wynn Resorts began redevelopment of its golf course in January 2018 to build exciting new additions to Wynn's business and leisure venue called Paradise Park. Expo City™ Las Vegas will be part of the Wynn Resorts' Paradise Park master plan on 30 acres of the golf course directly across Paradise Road from the Las Vegas Convention Center's South Hall and extending along Desert Inn toward Encore.  Expo City™ Las Vegas will include pedestrian access across a new bridge to the LVCC monorail station, dedicated vehicular access from Las Vegas Boulevard, and easy connection to the Strip from Wynn Resorts.
