The demands of business in Las Vegas sometimes feel unmanageable when rest comes at the end of a long drive through traffic and in whatever market-rate hotel room was available. We designed the corporate residences right on top of Expo City™ exhibition and convention facilities to have all the space and comfort necessary for short and long visits – and to be able to host and entertain VIP clients and buyers year-round. At 1,000 sf or larger, the residences will be a new standard in corporate accommodations in Las Vegas. Complete with kitchen, dining room, and butler service access, the most discriminating clients will be impressed visiting the corporate residences. They are available for whole or fractional ownership and can be leased to other visitors when not in corporate use.
